SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Counter-Party quarterly unaudited financial statements due by May 31, 2024

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Counter-Party Financial Personnel

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Protocol Section 16.11.5(1) requires all Counter-Parties to provide their own or their Ultimate Parent’s: (1) quarterly unaudited financial statements not later than 60 days after the close of the issuer’s fiscal quarters.  (The only exception to this requirement is if the Ultimate Parent is foreign and rated by a rating agency acceptable to ERCOT, in which case, the quarterly unaudited financial statements are due 90 days after close of the issuer's fiscal quarters.)

ACTION REQUIRED:  Counter-Parties/Ultimate Parent whose first quarter ended on March 31, 2024 must submit quarterly unaudited financial statements to ERCOT by May 31, 2024.

Counter-Party or Ultimate Parent financial statements that are publicly available electronically need not be provided to ERCOT.
